Delete a PDS

You can delete a PDS if necessary, with certain restrictions.

You can delete a PDS only if:
  • You have the required security privileges to delete the PDS.
  • You access the PDS through an event associated with the PDS.
  • No detail associated with the PDS has a status of Approved or Not Approved.
  • The PDS is not associated with a registration.
To delete a PDS:
  1. Click the link for the PDS you want to delete.
    The PDS page appears.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:
    Scenario Steps
    When electronic signature and SSO are enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
    When electronic signature is enabled and SSO is disabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Enter user ID and password and click Save.
