Copy Registration Attachments

In the Copy Registration Attachment wizard, you can create a registration attachment by using an existing registration attachment as a template.

You can copy a registration attachments and immediately create a Registration FPP Attachment once the Full Product Presentation is selected on the appropriate page of the Copy Registration Attachment wizard. Or, you can copy a registration attachment and use the copied data to create a Registration FPP Attachment later.

Some fields of the source registration attachment, that are populated automatically when the XEVMPD Submission wizard is completed, are not copied. The following conditions apply to the copied registration attachments:

• The Date Submitted to EMA and EV Code values are automatically assigned once the XEVMPD Submission wizard is completed.
• The Last Updated Date value is automatically updated when you modify the copied registration attachment attributes.
• The Attachment Language, File Name, File Type, Internal Name, Registration Attachment Keywords, and Registration Attachment Description values are taken from the source attachment and can be updated manually.
• The Attachment Link, Attachment Version Date, and Registration Attachment Add Comment fields appear blank and can be updated with values manually.
• The Attachment Name and Attachment Version values must be added manually.
• The Use Rendition value is defaulted to No. Must be updated manually, if needed.
• The Rendition Identifier field appears only if the Use Rendition field is set to Yes.
