Delete a Comparator

If it is no longer required in the clinical trials-medicine success study, you can delete a comparator from Calyx RIM.

Consider the following conditions before deleting a comparator:

  • If a comparator (a placebo, IMP, or comparator) is associated with an event, you must disassociate it.
  • You cannot delete a comparator if it is associated with a closed event.
To delete a comparator:
  1. Click the Comparators tab on the Home page.
  2. Click the comparator hyperlink.
  3. Click Delete.
    A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click OK.
    Another confirmation message appears.
  5. Click OK.
    Upon completion, the comparator is removed and is no longer available.
