Reorder Statuses in the Event-Country Status Schedule

For a planned event that does not enforce status progression, you can change the order of the statuses for the country.

The status order affects the calculation of projected dates. The projected dates are based on the lead time of the previous status in the status schedule.

To reorder event statuses:
  1. View the event you want to modify.
  2. On the Countries tab, click the name of the country that has the event-country status schedule that you want to reorder.
  3. Click Reorder.
    The Reorder Statuses page opens.
  4. In the Statuses field, select the status you want to move and then click up or down to change its place in the order.
  5. Save.
  6. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:
    Scenario Steps
    When electronic signature and SSO are enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
    When electronic signature is enabled and SSO is disabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Enter user ID and password and click Save.
