Associate or Disassociate a Product and an Event

You can associate products in an application to an event. You can also disassociate a product from an event.

When associating or disassociating a product, the following conditions apply:

A product can be associated with one or more events for an application.
A product cannot be associated with or disassociated from an event when the event is associated with a project, or the event is closed.
A product cannot be disassociated from the event when the product is associated with a registration for the selected event, or the product has a PDS associated with the selected event.

To associate or disassociate a product and event:

Click a link for the event with which you want to associate a product.
The Event Attributes page opens.
Click Products.
Click Associate.
The Associate/Disassociate Products page opens.
For the Products attribute, under the Selected box:
- To associate products with the event, click Select, select the products, and Save.
- To disassociate products from the event, select products in the Selected box. To select more than one product, hold down the CTRL key and click each product. Then click Deselect.
Save.

Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:


Scenario	Steps
When electronic signature and SSO are enabled	Select a reason and enter comments for the reason. Select Save. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
When electronic signature is enabled and SSO is disabled	Select a reason and enter comments for the reason. Enter user ID and password and click Save.
