Query Fields Added: Calyx RIM 6.2

The following table describes fields that were added with Calyx RIM 6.2.

Table 1. Administration Queries

Entity Audit Trail

When querying for the Task entity.

Related Task Name Text The name of the parent Task, if applicable. The reports have also been updated to add a new column named Related Task Name to the Search Results page. The value in the column is hyperlinked. When selected, navigates you to the appropriate Task Attributes page.

List of Application Countries with Registration and Product Details Applications with Withdrawn Countries Drop-down list A non-required drop-down list with the following values available for selection:
  • [Select]
  • Yes
  • No

The [Select] value is set by default.

The query results depend on the value selected in the Applications with Withdrawn Countries drop-down list, as well as all other selected search criteria.

The following rules apply:
  • If you select Yes, all applications and all associated countries are displayed on the Query Results page if at least one of those countries has a Withdrawn Date value populated.
  • If you select No, all applications and all associated countries are displayed on the Query Results page if those countries are not withdrawn.
  • If you do not make a selection and leave the default [Select] value, all applications and all associated countries are displayed.
