Platform Support for Service Packs

Unless stated differently, Calyx supports its products for all service packs for the versions of Microsoft, Documentum, and other third party applications on which the product was designed and tested.

If you experience an issue with the product and it is determined that a Service Pack released after the release of this product is the cause of the issue, Technical Support will follow the standard support process through to resolution.

If the issue cannot be resolved, Technical Support will recommend uninstalling the Service Pack from the production environment.
