When using InSight or InSight Rendering with SharePoint, versioning must be set to ‘on’ in the SharePoint Libraries in use for InSight Rendering to render documents without error.

1. In SharePoint, select your library.
2. Choose the versioning settings.
3. Select Create major and minor versions.
4. Set the option Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited? to No.
