Rendering Service Requirements
Rendering Service Requirements for InSight Rendering.
- Ensure that every authoring application can successfully launch and that all registration dialogs and foreground help applications are disabled.
- Ensure that you have installed all the necessary font sets on each InSight Rendering repository server for full and accurate rendering of your documents. The following font types are not supported: Custom, Encoding (unable to read certain encoding), Type 3, and MacRoman.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): 2016 (32-bit and 64-bit).
- Microsoft Project (application not mandatory but configurations are included in this procedure): 2016 (32-bit and 64-bit).
- Microsoft Visio (application not mandatory but configurations are included in this procedure): 2016 (32-bit and 64-bit).
- Any additional authoring software programs to be used (configuration for additional authoring software is not included as part of this installation procedure).
- Network Share Drive access (for watch queue).
- Share hostname.
- Share domain Username and Password.
