General Software Requirements
Software requirements for installing InSight Rendering.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012, R2, Update KB2919355
- Java
- Publishing only: JRE 1.8.0_152 (32-bit only) and higher patches
- Using Documentum D2 only: JRE 1.8.0_XX (64-bit only)and higher patches
- Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5.2 and later CLR 4 versions (reboot after installing)
- Confirm that the Print Spooler service is running prior to installing InSight Rendering
- Ensure that you have installed all the necessary fonts on your InSight Rendering repository servers for full and accurate rendering of your documents
- The following font types are not supported: Custom Encoding (Unable to read certain encodings), Type3, and Macroman
