Configure Logins

You only need to do this on one Liquent InSight Rendering server in the domain.

  1. Launch Domain Manager (shortcut is on the desktop).
  2. In Domain Manager, on the Configuration tab, in the tree on the left, select Logins. Right-click in the right pane and select New login.
  3. On the New Login Properties dialog box, supply the following information in the What field for each DMS you intend to connect to (including the DMS location for eCTD Definition and Rules files):
    1. SharePoint: dms://shpt/sharepoint_site_name
    2. Documentum: dms://dctm/docbase_name (case sensitive)
    3. Veeva Vault: dms://veeva/repository_name
    4. OpenText: dms://llin/OpenText_repository_name
    5. File System: \\machine\share
      (usually, you do not need to supply this for the File System)
    6. Supply the User and Password.
  4. Click OK. Repeat for each login.
  5. When completed, click File > Save.
