Uninstalling Liquent InSight Rendering for upgrade installation

If you have a previous version of Liquent InSight Rendering, it must be first uninstalled prior to installing the latest version.
Note: Upgrading an operating system on an Liquent InSight Rendering server is not supported.
To uninstall the existing Liquent InSight Rendering installation:
  1. Right-click on Start and select Run.
  2. Type services.msc and click OK.
  3. Right-click on BusinessServiceLogServer and select Stop.
  4. Right-click on BusinessServiceServer and select Stop.
  5. Close the Services window.
  6. Right-click on Start and select Programs and Features.
  7. Select the latest Liquent InSight Rendering version and select Uninstall.
  8. On the Welcome window, click Remove and click Next.
  9. Click OK to confirm uninstallation.
  10. Complete the uninstaller.
  11. Repeat the steps above to uninstall other versions of Liquent InSight Rendering, if installed.
  12. Locate the FixReg_IR44CHF1.reg file in the Liquent InSight Rendering 4.4 CHF 1 installation media and double-click it to execute it.
  13. On the Registry Editor confirmation window, click Yes and then click OK.
