Assign Disciplines to User Groups

The Security feature provides you the ability to assign specific disciplines to user groups. The users within the user group will be able to filter the TOC based on the assigned disciplines.

To assign disciplines to user groups:
  1. In the administrator console, under Application Groups, click Security to open the Security window.
  2. In the User Groups list, select the user group to which you want to assign the users.
  3. On Permissions if its' a window, it should be in wintitle. - Done. Removed "the" and "window". , select the Disciplines tab.
  4. Select disciplines in the Available list and move them to the Selected list.
  5. This sentance should be a seperate step - Done. Save.
    Note: To disassociate a discipline from a user group, remove it from the Selected list and click Save.
