Use the Security feature to set user access to application groups via user groups. Administrators can assign users to multiple user groups, enabling them to view and edit all application groups that are associated to the assigned user groups.
To assign users to the user groups:

In the administrator console, under Application Groups, click Security to open the Security window.

In the User Groups list, select the user group to which you want to assign the users.

Select the Users tab on the Permissions tab.
To sort on the list based on user name, first name, or last name, click the respective column header.
A list of users appears.

Select names in the All Users list and move them to the Permitted Users list.

Save.

To disassociate a user from a user group, remove that name from the Permitted Users list and click Save.
