Configure Auto-Generated E-mail

Perform the steps below to configure auto-generated emails.

  1. Stop the Apache Tomcat service(s).
  2. Locate the mailconfig.properties file.
    For Tomcat, you can find the mailconfig.properties file in the \I4V\WEB-INF\config subfolder of your Tomcat installation directory.
  3. Open the mailconfig.properties file in a text or XML editor.
  4. Specify the values against the properties as required.
  5. Save and close the file.
  6. Start Apache Tomcat service(s).
