Modify Application Groups

Use the Edit Application Groups option to modify application group names or distribution lists.

1. In the administrator console, click Application Groups.
2. On the Application Groups window, select an application group in the list.
3. To modify the Name or Distribution List for the selected application group, click Edit.
4. On the Edit Application Group window, make the necessary changes to the Application Group Name or Distribution List selections.
   • The roles selected for the Distribution List will be notified via e-mail for a given submission.
   • If the distribution list is not created for the selected application group, any user can view the submission with their respective roles.
5. Save.
   Note: To disregard changes, select Close.
