Administrators can use the right-click option in the Navigator Table of Contents (TOC) panel to purge all comments from an individual module, element, or leaf.
You can purge comments from the TOC using sequence view only.
Purged comments are removed from the database and cannot be retrieved. There will be an audit trail record of purged comments.

In the administrator console, click Navigator.
If the application with comments to purge is displayed under
Recent Views, select it and proceed to
step 4.

Set the criteria in Submission Navigator to display the application and its submissions in the Navigator Search Results.

Click any highlighted item in the row of the submission to open its TOC.

Use the Submission list to choose the appropriate sequence.

In the TOC, navigate to the module, element, or leaf with the comments to be purged.

Right-click on the selected module, element, or leaf, and in the right-click menu select Purge Comments.

In the confirmation message, click Yes.
All comments within the selected module, element, or leaf are deleted.
