Add Repositories

You can define access to a given repository through user groups if you are a user with administrator privilege and if the value of the attribute useRepositoryLevelSecurity in the config.xml file is set to true.

Note: If the repository type(s) you want to use is other than File System, ensure that the corresponding Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) configurations are made.
  1. Click Add Repository to open the Add Repository window.
  2. In the Add Repository window, select the Repository Type and enter the name and path for the repository into the Repository Path.
    If the repository type you select is other than File System, click the browse button and enter the required credentials.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Locate the repository and click OK.
  5. Save.
    The repository is added.
