Purge Comments from Administrator Console

Administrators can use the Edit Application option in the Administrator console to purge comments from a submission.

In the Submissions view of the Edit Application window, the Purge Comments command is not active until a submission is selected.

Purged comments are removed from the database and cannot be retrieved. There will be an audit trail record of purged comments.

  1. In the Administrator console, click Edit Application.
  2. In the Select column of the Edit Application window, select an application that has a submission with comments to purge.
  3. Click Edit and click Display Submissions.
  4. In the Select column of the Submissions section, select a submission.
    The Purge Comments command is activated.
  5. To purge comments from the submission, click Purge Comments.
    1. In the subsequent confirmation message, click Yes.
    All comments within the selected submission(s) are deleted.
