You can use the
Edit Application
feature to edit application and submission parameters.
Warning: Modifying a grouped submission impacts all the submissions in its group.

From the administrator console, click
Edit Application.
A list of applications is listed in the grid.
Note: You can sort the applications based on the application name, application containing files, internal name, division, submissions, type or the application status (in ascending or descending order) by clicking on the respective column heading.

Click the link to the application name you want to edit.

Make changes as necessary.
Note: If the distribution list is not created for the selected application, only the owner will receive e-mail notifications for public or private comment creation.

To edit submission details, select the option
Display Submissions.
To display the list of submissions by default, the value of the corresponding property has to be changed in the
config.xml file.

Make changes as necessary.

To bring up-to-date the changes you make under
Submissions, click
Update.

To confirm all the changes for the application, click
Apply.
