Client Configurations

The following procedure must be performed on the systems where the Calyx RIM Viewing application will be used.

  1. Verify that Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Professional) is installed and functional. Refer to the SSD for supported Adobe Acrobat versions.
  2. If Microsoft Office is present on the machine, verify that it is a supported version. Refer to the SSD for supported Microsoft Office versions.
