You must use the following procedure to install this certified hotfix. This certified hotfix should be installed on each Calyx RIM Viewing server in your environment.

Copy all files that are being replaced to another location, such as a shared network drive, for backup purposes.

Note: For any customizable files included with this certified hotfix, perform a "diff" procedure to determine whether changes were made that you need to carry forward to the new files.
