Java (JRE/JDK) Installation

Apache Tomcat is a Java-based web server and therefore a Java environment is essential to run Calyx RIM Viewing. Determine if the required Java version (JRE/JDK) is installed on your machine. To know the required version of Java (JRE/JDK), refer to the System Support Document (SSD). If Java is not installed or if the version of Java required for Calyx RIM Viewing is not installed, visit the Java web site to download and install it.

For client systems that are used for Restricted Reviewer users, install the PKCS key to manage the Java security.
