Installing a Calyx RIM Viewing 5.5 CHF
The following topics provide information and procedures for installing Calyx RIM Viewing.
This certified hotfix should be installed on each Calyx RIM Viewing server in your environment.
Copy all files that are being replaced to another location, such as a shared network drive, for backup purposes.
Note: For any customizable files included with this certified hotfix, perform a "diff" procedure to determine whether changes were made that you need to carry forward to the new files.
Before You Start
Ensure that the list of prerequisites detailed in the Calyx RIM Viewing 5.5 System Support Document (SSD) that is provided with the product, are completed prior to beginning installation. The following information and instructions are based on the currently supported versions listed in the hardware and software checklist.
