'Submission {1} for application {0} has been is already registered previously.' error message shows when trying to update several grouped submissions

For Documentum, Sharepoint, or Livelink, when deleting grouped submissions from the
Edit Application page, they are displayed as
Unregistered. When trying to register them, an error message shows and the submissions still have the
Unregistered status instead of being re-registered.
