Calyx RIM Viewing 5.5 CHF 1 resolved the following issues:

1421; [00056714] After upgrading to Calyx RIM Viewing 5.5, the Activity filter failed to work correctly. This issue is resolved.
1419; [00056401] The Help option in Calyx RIM Viewing 5.5 navigated to an older version of the help documentation. This issue is resolved.
1418; [00056254] The Submission Manager role description has been updated in the Help topic Available Roles with the following information.

"A Submission Manager will also have all the privileges relating to the adding, editing, and deleting of applications."

1415; [00056023] In the Current view, the lifecycled documents of registered applications did not appear correctly. This issue is resolved.
1412; [00055673] Thailand region: The label of the module 1 section - 1.A.1 Assessment report from other regulatory agency - was incorrect. This issue is resolved.
1410; [00055335] When a user logged on, the user's information that was automatically fetched from LDAP overwrote the LDAP_Authentication_Only permissions. This resulted in the Group assignments being removed and the content access denied. This issue is resolved.
1409; [00055335] When the new installation of Calyx RIM Viewing was configured with multiple domains, the option to select a domain on the Log in window was disabled. Only the users of the domain that was first in the list were able to log on, as that domain was selected by default. This issue is resolved.
1408; [00055262] The following issues have been addressed in this release:
  • The leaf icon for section 1.11.1 was missing. This issue is resolved.
  • The reference leaf details for the section under "Reference Leaf Details" was missing. This issue is resolved.
  • When clicking the life cycled leaf under module 1.11.1, an error was displayed. This issue is resolved.
1404; [00054748] For EDQM eCTD submissions, the acronym 'edqm' was not displayed under the module 1 cover letter. This issue is resolved.
1402; [00054559] After opening a PDF document by clicking on it, attempts to open a Word document by clicking on it failed. It was possible to open a Word document only by right-clicking on it and selecting the option Open Document in External Browser. This issue is resolved.
1399; [00054311] Calyx RIM Viewing failed to display error messages in Japanese when the locale language was set to Japanese. This issue is resolved.
1398; [00054105] The descriptions of the Current, Cumulative, and Approved views have been included in the Buttons and Lists topic in the Calyx RIM Viewing online help.
1395; [00053364] US region: For US 3.3 DTD submissions, duplicate folders of the 1.1 forms were displayed under the M1 section. This issue is resolved.
1392; [00052829] It was not possible to map to the LDAP group domain users using the LDAP authentication within Calyx RIM Viewing. This issue is resolved.
Note: All LDAP connections must first be remapped while in the database mode after performing the server upgrade procedure.
1390; [00053289] When the TOC window was resized, the long names of the folders overlapped in the Navigator. This issue is resolved.
1388; [00052763] The Recently Viewed list in the Navigator window failed to update and therefore did not display the latest items. This issue is resolved.
1386; [00053041] Incorrect characters showed on the log-on window when the language locale was set to Japanese. This issue is resolved.

1380; [00052778] When granting users with Reviewer roles permission to access eCTD application groups, the changes made in the Security Configuration were not saved. This issue is resolved.
1357; [00050780] The Calyx RIM Viewing session timed out when trying to register sequences that were in Livelink DMS. This issue was experienced even when the idle time for session timeout was set to 120 minutes. This issue is resolved.
1349; [00047599] In the Current view of a registered sequence, Calyx RIM Viewing a duplicate of the section 3.2.S Drug Substance section was displayed. This issue is resolved.
1326; [00048251] For some sequences that were auto-registered, the administrative information was not displayed in the Current view. This issue is resolved.
