Sort Column Values

You can sort search results by column values for specific pages.

The ability to sort the column values is available on the following pages. The access to these pages depends on the security privileges for your role.

Clicking on a column header sorts the values in an ascending or descending order. The Up and Down arrows indicate the values are sorted in ascending or descending order respectively. The third click on the column header removes the sorting. When you perform a sort, the order is automatically saved and remains until it is changed again. The sorting order is applied when you export an Excel or when you print a document.
