To open Liquent SmartLink for PDF when using
InSight,
Liquent SmartLink for PDF must be installed on your desktop/client machine. A successful installation creates new toolbar icons on the Acrobat menu bar.
When you edit an assembly, you can add or modify links in Acrobat using
SmartLink for PDF.

In your InSight assembly, right-click on a folder or document and choose
Prepare Documents for Linking.
The documents are prepared for links. This runs as a job request.

When the job request is completed, select the
Edit Links action bar button on the document.
The rendition opens in Acrobat and SmartLink for PDF is automatically enabled.
