Clarification of Behavior
This section provides an explanation of functionality that has been reported as an issue, but is in fact working as designed. This section also provides information regarding system behavior observed during testing that is not an issue, but of which you should be aware. The explanations contained here will be added to the product documentation at the earliest opportunity.

SmartLink for PDF cannot change the color of hyperlinks in documents that are images of text. If your PDF documents were created from scanned images, they need to be processed through OCR software or use Adobe Acrobat to run text recognition, selecting the ClearScan option for the PDF Output Style. Refer to Adobe Acrobat online help for instructions. |
