Resolved Issues: Liquent SmartLink for PDF 1.8

Liquent SmartLink for PDF 1.8 resolves the following issues:

External links created by Liquent SmartLink for PDF were not working because they were being linked to a document on a local drive. This issue is resolved. Users will not be permitted to map to a local drive; the link must go to a document on a mapped network drive.

When clicking the Select Version button on the Select File dialog for a document with multiple versions, an Unable to initialize version dialog error message was displayed. This issue has been resolved.

After installing Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) to a folder other than the default (C:\Documentum) and then launching Liquent SmartLink for PDF using the Documentum Webtop client, SmartLink for PDF would not work. This issue has been resolved by properly defining the CLASSPATH environment variable in the registry. Please refer to Liquent SmartLink for PDF 1.8 Installation Guide, or the IQ script if you have installed the DFC to a non-default folder.

The Liquent SmartLink for PDF Autolinker was not able to create links for keywords that contained periods or hyphens. This issue has been resolved.
