To use the online help in your local environment, high-speed Internet access and the Internet Explorer Web browser are required on the client workstation computers using your product.
The security model for the online help system is based on IP filtering. To access the online help system, submit the external IP addresses for your product users to Technical Support.
- You can find the IP address to your local computer by going to https://www.whatismyip.com in your Web browser.
- Submit that external IP address to Technical Support. Technical Support will coordinate with Technical Publications to update the settings for the online help site for your access.
Tests should be performed from your environment to confirm that the online help for your product is accessible. For technical issues related to the online help, please contact Technical Support.
