To access the Service Portal:

Navigate to

Join
Perceptive MyTrials and register.
Perceptive MyTrials confirms your account with an email.

Perceptive MyTrials account

Enter your
Perceptive MyTrials user name and password.

Customer Care at the bottom of the page.

The home page for the
Service Portal appears. You can browse and search for the information you need.
