Linking and Unlinking
You can link or unlink text displayed as a result of search operation.
When linking to a document that appears in an Calyx RIM Publisher publication outline multiple times, Linking add-in (Word) links only to the first occurrence of the document.
Note: Linking add-in (Word) hyperlinks cannot be used directly in Word.
Links created by Linking add-in (Word) are not Word hyperlinks. If you click a link in the Word document, an error message displays stating that the specified file cannot be opened. The links can be followed only in the PDF that is created when you publish the document in Calyx RIM Publisher.
You can also unlink linked words or phrases. As with linking to a target, you can choose to unlink the selected term only or all matches.
