Using Word Templates

Templates provided with  Parexel  Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring are filled with guidance text and highlighting to provide examples and make them easier to use. You will want to remove the guidance text and highlighting when you use the templates to create your documents.

To remove guidance information and yellow highlighting within a content template section only:
  1. Highlight the guidance information.
  2. Press Delete.
  3. Enter the text for your document.
    If the new text added is still highlighted, double click on the margin to the left of the paragraph (to highlight the entire paragraph) and select Highlight (No Highlight) on the Word format toolbar.
