Resolved Issues: SmartDesk for Authoring 3.2
The following reported issues have been fixed in this release of Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring.
| Issue | Description |
|---|---|
| 13 | The Watermark option for "REVIEW" is changed in Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring 3.2, and the Watermark is now "IN-REVIEW". |
| 11 | When running the Find and Replace function for multiple files in a directory, the Batch Update function would update only the first file found in the directory and was not updating multiple files as expected. This issue has been resolved. |
| 10 | When making changes to the Tables and Figures section of the Change SmartDesk Options box, the changes were not saved and the changes did not appear in the Launch SmartDesk Window. However, other sections in the Options box (including Tables, General, and Document) were saving the changes correctly. This issue has been resolved. |
| 9 | The Heading Auto-Numbering Start Max Value has been increased from 20 to 50 in Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring 3.2. [209404FW] |
| 8 | When creating a table from the SmartDesk add-in, the error "ErrGui:111: Error getting styles from selection object" appeared. Although tables could be inserted when the UI was launched, the error occurred when using the Parexel SmartDesk dropdown and choosing any options under Tables. This issue has been resolved. | 7 | Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring 3.1 content templates exhibited errors on Margins and Styles. This issue has been resolved. [197280FW] |
| 6 | When applying document styles to a document or to a template using the options on the SmartDesk Administration tab, some styles (example: Table Grid) were not applied from the template to the document/template. This issue has been resolved and all styles are applied correctly. [174440FW] |
| 5 | In documents with multiple section breaks and with headers set to "Same as previous", the watermark shading appeared darker than expected. This issue has been resolved. The inserted watermark does not apply multiple watermark images over one another when sections in a document include headers set to "Same as previous". [174440FW] |
| 4 | In some documents and document pages, the watermark appeared at the top left rather than in the center of the page as expected. This issue has been resolved. Watermarks are consistently positioned in the center of a page, for any page orientation. [174440FW] |
| 3 | The Figure tab included Heading#-Table#, rather than Heading#-Figure#. This issue has been resolved. [174440FW] |
| 2 | When copying and inserting a custom table, and then choosing to reformat table styles, the table retained the bordering and the indentation of the old table format. This issue has been resolved. The template "table grid" style is now applied to the inserted and reformatted custom table. [17440FW] |
| 1 | The Table/Figure Title limitation has been increased from 120 to 220 characters. [174440FW] |
