Unlinked Text Options
| Option | Description |

| Load Active Document | Use Load Active Document to load the currently active document in Acrobat. |
| Current Page | Applies the selected Search Criteria options to the current page only. |
| All Pages | Applies the selected Search Criteria options to all pages in the file. |
| Pages | Applies the selected Search Criteria options to a specified range of pages. |
| Font Color | You can specify a certain text color for the tool to search by clicking on the button next to Font Color and then clicking on the desired color. For example, if you normally use blue text for links you can select the color blue. The tool will search all blue text for broken links. To select a font color, click on the color palette box next to Font Color. |
| Extract | You can use this option to extract the text color and search for other text in the document that matches this extracted text color. When you click on Extract, the mouse pointer changes to "+". Press and hold the left mouse button and drag it across the text to extract it's color. The extracted color will show in the Font Color palette. |
| Change Text Color | Check this box to change the text color of the broken link to a color that you select. When the tool finds a broken link, you can identify it using the color you selected. By default, the option is not selected. |
| TOC Pages | Select this option to identify any TOC entries that are not linked. If any of the entry is not linked, the entry is highlighted. If this option is not selected, all the unlinked word(s) in the document page range including the TOC entries will be identified. |
| Start With | Enter the starting letter(s) of a word. You can enter up to 10 characters. |
| End With | Enter the ending letter(s) of a word. You can enter up to 10 characters. |
| Replace and Find Next | Select this option to replace the color of the matching text and find the next matching text. This option is active only when the option
Change Text Color is selected.
Note: To avoid finding partial words, do not enter the whole word in the
Start With field. For example, if you enter the
Start With text as "find", and there is no text entered in the
End With field, the tool will find all occurrences of "find", "finding", "findings", "finds", etc. Instead, enter some of the first letters in the
Start With field and the last letters in the
End With field. To search for the word "find", enter "fi" in the
Start With field and "nd" in the
End With field.

| Find and Replace All | Select this option to find and replace the color of all the matching text. This option is active only when the option
Change Text Color is selected.
