Uninstalling SmartDesk for PDF on Windows 8

Use the following procedures to uninstall the previous version of SmartDesk for PDF on your machine.

To uninstall SmartDesk for PDF on Windows 8:

  1. Point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.
  2. Enter control panel in the search box, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Under View by:, select Large Icons, and then click Programs and Features.
  4. Select SmartDesk for PDF, and then click Uninstall.
  5. Delete the SmartDesk for PDF folder from the following path: <Drive>:\Users\<User name>\AppData\Roaming\Liquent\SmartDesk for PDF where <Drive> is the installation drive of SmartDesk for PDF and <User name> is the name of the user profile.
