Stamping Link References

Stamping a link reference using the Link Reference Stamper.

To stamp a link reference using Link Reference Stamper:

  1. Select SmartDesk > Publishing Tools > Link Reference Stamper.
    TheLink Reference Stamper window opens.
  2. Select the document(s) using one of the following icons:
    • Load Active Document
    • Add File(s)
    • Add Folder
  3. The added file(s) will be displayed in the table. Select the added file(s) and do the following, as required:
    1. Click Setting and make the changes as required to the available options.
    2. Choose the necessary options under Link Reference Options and Page Range.
  4. Click Stamp.
    Note: Depending upon your version of Adobe Acrobat and the settings you establish within it, if a source document is open and you open a different document, a message indicates that the source document has changed. This message appears only to ensure that you are aware that the tool is now referring to a source document that differs from the original. It does not signify that the source document has been modified.
