PDF Page Verifier Process

To verify the page attributes using PDF Page Verifier:

  1. Select SmartDesk > Verification Tools > PDF Page Verifier.
  2. On the PDF Page Verifier window, select the document(s) for verification using one of the following options:
    • Load Active Document - Use this option to load the active document. This option lets you immediately load the document that is being worked on.
    • Select Document(s) - Use this option to load one or more files.
    • Select Folder(s) - Use this option to load all files in a folder. To add all files from sub-folders within the selected folder, select the Include Subfolder option in the Browse for Folder window. Use this option to add an entire library of PDF files.
  3. Choose the settings as necessary under Page Verification Options and Preferences.
  4. Click Verify, the results are displayed in the Results section.
  5. To view the results of a file at the page level, select the file from the Results section and click Show Details.
    Note: Only one file can be selected at a given time to view the details of a document at the page level.
