Expanding or Collapsing Bookmarks of a Document

SmartDesk for PDF enables you to expand or collapse all bookmarks of an active document. You can choose to expand bookmarks to one level.

To expand or collapse bookmarks of an individual document:
  1. From the menu options, select SmartDesk
  2. Select Review Tools
  3. Do the following:
    • To expand all levels of bookmarks of the active document, select Bookmarks - Expand All.
    • To collapse all levels of bookmarks of the active document, select Bookmarks - Collapse All.
    • To expand all bookmarks of the active document to up to one level, select Bookmarks - Expand One Level.
