Delete Links Options


Option	Description
Load Active Document	Use Load Active Document to load the currently active document in Acrobat.
Create backup copy of original PDF	Use this option to make a copy of the document prior to the delete link changes you make. A sub folder is created in the source location which contains this original PDF. By default, this option is selected. Warning: You cannot undo changes that you apply. You must create a backup prior to applying the changes in order to revert to the original copy.
Select Document(s)	Select this option to delete links from one or more files that are not currently open in Acrobat.
Select Folder(s)	Select this option to delete links from all files in a specific folder.
Current Page	Deletes links from the active page (page in view) of the file.
All Pages	Deletes links from all pages of the selected file or folder.
Pages	Deletes the links from a specified page range in the file or folder.
Convert Text Color	Click the check box and select the desired color from the list to change the link color after deletion. The options on the list are: Black Maroon Green Olive Navy Purple Teal Silver Cyan Red Lime Yellow Blue Fuchsia Aqua White Select Custom to choose a custom color in the Color window. The default color is Black.
View Log	Click View Log to view the history of the links processed for deletion. The history will include details of both the successfully deleted links and the links that are not deleted.
Delete	Click Delete to delete the links as selected page range or Cancel to close the window. After clicking Delete, a confirmation message appears. Click OK to close this message.
