Expanding or Collapsing Bookmarks of Multiple Documents

Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) enables you to expand or collapse all bookmarks of multiple documents in a batch.

1. Open a PDF document
2. From the menu options, select SmartDesk
3. Select Review Tools
4. Do the following:
   • To select multiple document(s), click Select Document(s)
   • To select all documents of a folder or folders, click Select Folder(s)
5. Select the documents or folders and click Open
6. Do the following:
   • To expand all the bookmarks, click Expand All
   • To expand bookmarks to one level, click Expand One Level
   • To collapse all the bookmarks, click Collapse All
