Viewing PDF Statistics

Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) provides you the ability to view the PDF statistics of a sequence or the folders loaded in the PDFEnsemble.

To view the PDF statistics:
  1. On the Menu bar, click SmartDesk.
  2. Select Verification Tools and select one of the following:
    • IntelliQC
    • DocInfo
    • FontInfo
  3. Select the Summary tab.
  4. Click File > Filter or click on the Filter icon.
  5. From the Filter Options drop-down list, select the following:
    • To view the PDF statistics of all the loaded folders, select All loaded folders. Move to step 8.
    • To view the PDF statistics of a sequence or a folder, select the folder path.
  6. If necessary, edit the folder path.
  7. To view the statistics of the sub-folders, select Include Sub Folders.
  8. Click OK.
