The following issues that were reported to Technical Support have been resolved. Issues are listed in descending order by their internal tracking numbers. Customer incident numbers that were recorded when the issues were reported are included in brackets [#####] following the internal tracking number.

619; [00063800]	When attempting to optimize a PDF file using Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) on a Citrix system, the message `Adobe Acrobat has stopped working` appeared. This issue was not reproducible in Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) 4.2. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue.
618; [00063610; 00060443; 00063299]	When the SmartDesk Link Touch Up tool was used three times on the same document, Adobe Acrobat crashed. This issue was not reproducible in Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) 4.2. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue.
617; [00063299]	The SmartDesk Link Touch Up tool would fail and result in a `Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error` when creating a single link in PDF documents. This issue was not reproducible in Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) 4.2. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue.
616; [00063562]	When working with documents on a mapped drive, some functions, including Change magnification and Verification Tools, did not work properly or caused an error message. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue. The magnification type is changed and the changes in DocInfo are saved.
614	The wrong location displayed in the Source Location field in the Scale PDF window if the same document belonged to two different locations. This issue is resolved. The paths have been fixed.
613; [00060443]	The Adobe Acrobat has stopped working message appeared after clicking the red cross icon to close the Adobe Acrobat without closing the pop-up message. This issue is resolved. The user cannot close Adobe Acrobat without closing the pop-up message.
612; [00060443]	Due to a path issue, the Adobe Acrobat has stopped working message appeared when selecting and applying Scale PDF (SmartDesk> Publishing Tools> Scale PDF) if the same document belonged to two different locations. This issue is resolved.
586	Optimize PDF: When optimizing files that contained Edit Password files, the information in the confirmation message was incorrect. This issue was not reproducible in Calyx RIM Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) 4.2. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue.
572	The Clone/Unclone bookmarks function did not work when files were being pulled from a shared network location. This issue is resolved.
570	The wrong page destination opened for the links on a vertical page. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue. Now, the specified page destination opens for the links on a vertical page.
555	Redaction: When using the redaction option on vertical oriented pages, the keywords were either not redacted or were only partially redacted. Adjustments to other areas of the tool may have resolved this previously experienced issue.
515; DE25694; [00044773]	Hyperlinked file or document did not open in a new window. This issue is resolved. It is now possible for batch-converting links to open the target: in a new window/tab based on User Preference. in a new window/tab based on New Window. in the same window/tab based on Existing Window.
481; DE25683; [00039310]	Only one variable was available for numbering in the header and footer text of the Page Stamper. This issue is resolved. Now, the number of variables are increased.
478; DE25682; [00039311]	Deleting only a section of a header or footer text was not possible in Page Stamper. This issue is resolved. It is now possible to delete the left, right, or middle sections of the header or footer.
