PDF Page Verifier Process
To verify the page attributes using PDF Page Verifier:
- Select SmartDesk > Verification Tools > PDF Page Verifier.

On the
PDF Page Verifier window, select the document(s) for verification using one of the following options:
- Load Active Document - Use this option to load the active document. This option lets you immediately load the document that is being worked on.
- Select Document(s) - Use this option to load one or more files.
- Select Folder(s) - Use this option to load all files in a folder. To add all files from sub-folders within the selected folder, select the Include Subfolder option in the Browse for Folder window. Use this option to add an entire library of PDF files.
- Choose the settings as necessary under Page Verification Options and Preferences.
- Click Verify, the results are displayed in the Results section.

To view the results of a file at the page level, select the file from the Results section and click
Show Details.
Note: Only one file can be selected at a given time to view the details of a document at the page level.
