Expanding or Collapsing Bookmarks of a Document

Authoring and QC plug-in (PDF) enables you to expand or collapse all bookmarks of an active document. You can choose to expand bookmarks to one level.

To expand or collapse bookmarks of an individual document:
  1. From the menu options, select SmartDesk
  2. Select Review Tools
  3. Do the following:
    • To expand all levels of bookmarks of the active document, select Bookmarks - Expand All.
    • To collapse all levels of bookmarks of the active document, select Bookmarks - Collapse All.
    • To expand all bookmarks of the active document to up to one level, select Bookmarks - Expand One Level.
