Scale PDF Options

Option Description
Select Document(s) Select this option to load one or more files to the ScalePDF.
Select Folder(s) Select this option to load all files in a specific folder.
Load Active Document Use this option to load the currently active document in Acrobat.
Create backup copy of original PDF Use this option to make a copy of the document prior to the Scale PDF changes you make. A sub folder is created which contains this original PDF. By default, this option is selected.
Warning: You cannot undo changes that you apply. You must create a backup prior to applying the changes in order to revert to the original copy.
Current Page Select this option to apply scaling to the current page of the document. This option is disabled for the multiple files or folder selection.
All Pages Select this option to apply scaling to all pages of the document.
Pages Select this option to apply scaling to a desired range of pages of the document. In the From box, enter the first page of the desired range; in the To box, enter the last page of the desired range. This option is disabled for multiple files or the folder selection.
Change Page Size to Select either Letter or A4 to change the size of the selected page(s). If you de-select the Scale Content option, it changes the page size without scaling the contents and will result in some content loss.
Scale Content Select either Up or Down to scale the entire content of the selected page(s). A drop-down list appears, enabling the selection of the desired scale percentage. After selecting the percentage, select a page range from the Page Range box and click Apply at the bottom of the window to apply the change.
Move Content Select either Up, Down, Left or Right to move the entire content of the selected pages in the respective direction. A box appears allowing for the selection of a units and lengths. Select a page range from the Page Range box and click Apply at the bottom of the window to move contents.
Apply Starts the process of scaling the document.
Close Click Close to close the ScalePDF window.
