Use the FontInfo
tool to:
- Verify the font information of PDF files to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Filter the tabular display based on font size or number of characters
To view, verify or modify the Document Information Fields information using FontInfo:

Select

Select the document(s) using one of the following options from the File menu or the icons in the toolbar:

Load Active Document
- Add File(s)
- Add Folder
The font attribute information is displayed in the table.

Do any of the following as required using the available options.
- To search for the text based on the font size and the length of the characters, click on
or click on the
Filter icon. Make the changes as necessary and click on the
OK
button.
- To export the Document Information Field details in the FontInfo table along with the links and bookmarks of the document, click on
or click on the
Export
icon.
