Select Contiguous TOC Nodes You can select multiple TOC entries, or nodes, either contiguously or non-contiguously. To select contiguous TOC nodes: Click the first TOC entry of the group of nodes you want to select. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard. Click the last TOC entry of the group of nodes you want to select. All of the nodes in your selected group should appear highlighted.
