Label PDS Attributes

You can use the attributes to describe the label associated with a PDS.
Attribute Description
Application Code The code of the application with which this PDS is associated.
Application Name The name of the application with which this PDS is associated.
Date Label Last Updated When the label content was last modified.
Date QC'd The date the QC Status was set.
Family Code The code of the product family with which this PDS is associated.
Family Name The name of the product family with which this PDS is associated.
Label Code Any code specific to the label.
Label Comments Text about the entity.
Label Country The country with which the label is associated.
Note: Withdrawn application countries with the Withdraw Date value equal to today’s date or earlier are not available for selection in the Label Country drop-down field on the Add Label page. This is applicable only to applications of Mutual Recognition (MRP) or Decentralised Procedure (DCP) types.
Label Description Text that describes the PDS detail.
Label Keywords Words you can use to search for the entity.
Label Language The language in which the label is published. Multiple languages can be selected for bi-lingual and tri-lingual countries.
Label Reference The file path location of a document, usually containing label-related verbiage.
  • Do not target a folder for the Label Reference as this results in a error.
  • When viewing the Label Detail Attributes page, the file path is presented as a link.
  • You must log in to Documentum before hyperlinks to Documentum content from the Label Detail Attributes page will work.
Label Status The status of the entity.
Label Status Date The date the entity status is effective.
Label Type The type of label you are associating with the PDS.
Product Detail Set Name The name for the PDS with which this detail is associated.
Product Name The name of the product with which this PDS is associated.
QC Status QC Status of the detail.
QC'd by Person logged on to the system who set the QC Status for the detail to QC Passed or QC Failed.
